Top Ten Tuesday: Most Recent Additions to My Bookshelf
Top Ten Tuesday – a tag born out of love for lists and books – was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and moved in January 2018 to That Artsy Reader Girl .
Theme for January 21: The Ten Most Recent Additions to My Bookshelf
Okay, I’ll confess. I wrote this post with a healthy doze of pleasure – cuz well, bookworm here – as well with a significant amount of guilt. The years barely begun and I’ve already broken my Bookish Purchase Limit Per Month.
Do I feel remorse at my underweight wallet? Of course I do.
Am I proud and ecstatic over the gorgeous purchases? Damn right!
Not all of these purchases are brand new though. Most are last year releases I was waiting to get my hands on. A couple are even duplicates because my first copy is tattered due to zillion rereads. But still, a purchase is a purchase and shelf-space is a coveted commodity!
So without further adieu, please welcome the most recent residents of My Bookshelf!

Oh, I haven’t heard of most of these, but they sound really good! I generally prefer ebooks, just because they are more convenient and I always have them on my phone now, but there are times when a physical book just feels good. 🙂
Happy reading!

Thank you! And oh yes, nothing beats the convenience of ebooks. But there’s something so inherently soothing about physical books, isn’t there? The scent, feel of the pages… Nothing beats it, I swear!
Thanks a lot for stopping by. 🙂 Have an awesome reading week!

I think The Binding sounds like it will be a wonderful story. I hope you like it! It’s something I want to read, too.
Thank you for visiting my post earlier today.

I swear, if Binding is 20% as mesmerizing as its hardcover, its going to be a bloody epic read!
Thank you for visiting my post! Have a happy reading week. 🙂

I had a similar discussion with a coworker last night because we’d both bought a bunch of books and out purses were lighter because of it. But we sure were happy with our purchases 😀
You have a beautiful selection here. I like the covers.

Thank you so much! And oh, cover envy is sooooo a thing, right?! I just got a new delivery, emptied what was left in my purse and screamed the roof down at my work place! 🙂 I tell my coworkers I work so I can afford books. 😉

Great choices! I really want to read Into the Crooked Place too – the summary really caught my attention but I haven’t got around to reading it yet.
I hope you enjoy reading all of these books!

I can’t wait to start Crooked. Will surely post a review once I’m done. Thank you for commenting and have a great reading week!
